Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Motionura provides video editing and related creative services, including but not limited to:

• •Video editing
• •Motion graphics
• •Color grading
• •Short-form and long-form content editing

2. Project Agreement

• •All projects must be clearly discussed before work begins
• •Scope, timeline, and pricing will be agreed upon in advance
• •Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges

3. Payments

• •A partial or full upfront payment may be required before starting work
• •Final delivery may be withheld until full payment is received
• •Payments are non-refundable once work has started

4. Revisions

• •A limited number of revisions (e.g., 2–3 rounds) may be included
• •Additional revisions may be charged
• •Major changes after approval of direction may be treated as a new project

5. Turnaround Time

• •Delivery timelines will be communicated per project
• •Delays caused by late client responses or missing assets are not the responsibility of Motionura

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• •Provide all necessary files and instructions before or during the project
• •Ensure they have rights to all submitted content (music, footage, etc.)
• •Respond in a timely manner to feedback requests

7. Intellectual Property

• •Final delivered videos become the client's property after full payment
• •Motionura retains the right to showcase work in portfolio, unless agreed otherwise

8. Cancellation

• •If a project is canceled after work has started, no refund will be issued for completed work
• •Partial refunds (if any) are at our discretion

9. Limitation of Liability

Motionura is not liable for:

• •Loss of data due to third-party services
• •Platform-specific issues (e.g., Instagram compression, algorithm performance)
• •Indirect or consequential damages

10. Confidentiality

Client materials and project details will be kept confidential unless permission is given to share.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated terms.
